"I visited this location for the first time yesterday. The food was fantastic. However, the amount of time I was there was ridiculous. I was the only person in the drive thru and there looked to be 1 person inside. I waited at the speaker for 5 minutes before getting a response. I waited even longer at the window while my food was already made just sitting there until she finally had me pay and gave it to me. I am not certain but I think she was the only employee working. Nonetheless, it took way way too long with me being the only person there. I went again today because, as I said, the food was delicious. I had the breakfast cali flatbread. The portion was great, it was made perfectly. So I ordered it again today. Today when I went ( a different employee) she acted as if working was the last place she wanted to be. She was so unfriendly. I could tell at the drive thru speaker before I even came to the window. Service was quicker. But I'm not the least bit surprised when I got to where I was going and took a bite of my food. It was missing half of the ingredients! I paid over $6 for a flat bread with hardly any egg and some chicken. I was, again, the only one there! Absolutely no excuse as to why it was messed up. The employee was already rude and then my food was half made. This was my second time ever coming here and yesterday was my first. Springfield needs a place like this. Please don't let it go to ruin. I am so disappointed and honestly, I don't want to go back."

"I have been frequent customer since January just about every time something has been missing, broken or the flavor is off on my order. I took survey once about my experience and the owner contacted me with promises of free items . Which I didn’t take take the survey for that, I wanted to see improvement. Tonight I visited and I’m Assuming the blonde haired female must be the manger. I ordered door dash the night before and once again my flatbreat was missing ingredients. So I took my receipt back and explained to her the issue. the mangers response” well I don’t have any proof but I guess I can remake it” I didn’t know I needed it and I feel offended because I have been coming 3 to 4 times a week faithfully. what reason would I have to lie. Now I come on her to leave review and see that other customers have being experiencing the same issues. I will not be visiting tropical smoothie anytime soon again. Also changing gloves/hand washing more frequently would be a game changer so much cross contamination. Not as bad as other places but if not addressed could get out of control. The app never works!"

"I really wanted to rate them high, because I love TSC and have not had them since I lived back east. However, each time I have made an online order, they have forgotten to put the edible straw in the bag (which is 99 cents extra) but puts a plastic one in. Also this morning I got a Thai wrap that was barely cut in half, and seemed to barely be filled. I felt extremely cheated. Also the survey on the receipt that has instructions where to find all the numbers? The receipt in Springfield looks absolutely nothing like the example on tsclistens and I wonder if that is because they don't want you to leave the bad reviews."

"I like Tropical Smoothie. It’s a solid choice that’s semi-healthy. I got a smoothie my first day in town, ordered ahead, and picked up in the drive-thru. The girl I picked it up from was so nice!!! Today I did a pickup order, but had time to eat inside, it was THE.BEST.WRAP I have ever had at any Tropical Smoothie! I’ve been going strong since 2006 and visit a lot of Tropical Smoothies when I’m on assignment. Props to this team!! Whoever was working 1/10/23 around 1130am! SO good!! I got the hummus veggie wrap and the feta was melted throughout and it was perfectly toasted!! It was my first time getting sweet potatoes and I won’t do that again. Springfield is so lucky to have such a great Tropical Smoothie!!!"

"I have ordered Jalapeño corn and extra creamy sauce twice. The lady Raven that took my order was adamant that they have never given extra on the side. Needless to say I took that as if she's calling me a liar. Please train the employees that EXCEPTIONAL customer service goes a long way. And to refrain from implying that a person is lying."
