"I have been eating here since they opened and they never disappoint. The sushi is great and the hibachi is too! The staff is friendly. The owner, Calvin, is a super nice guy. He always remembers me, seems very glad to see me again, and never fails to ask about my daughter. I wouldn't expect a small town like Springfield to have sushi this good, but yet they do! Great sushi, friendly staff and a hometown feel. If you like sushi, you'll love Ichiban!"
