"I made my mobile order. Drove 17 minutes to the store and still waited 40 minutes for 2 coffees. When I received my coffees, mine was not made properly. I'm on dietary restrictions. I put them into the system so that they could make how i requested and they still don't make it right. This this used to be my favorite store. Not so much anymore. I will say Marcus and one female with no name plate were great everyone else was looked like they hated their jobs. Come on starbuck you charge outrageous prices and this is what we get in return."
