"Sad to see what Moe's has become, compared to what it used to be. Gave it a second chance because Moe's used to be good. Nothing is seasoned, nothing tastes fresh, and the place is a mess. Salsas are now all watery and flavorless, hot sauce has been so watered down, it may as well be red colored water. Burritos were very watery, as in the last quarter was essentially mush. Nothing was strained and sopping wet toppings were just slopped in the burrito. Beans were also unseased, just felt like a protein paste. Queso was flavorless, even with extra salt felt like a wet dough. Not to mention the whole establishment did not feel cleaned. Equipment all had visible cakes on gunk, the floors look like someone dumped a canister of bread crumbs on every seat. I think the final nail in the coffin is price. Dinner for 3 nearing $50 is absurd, especially for a chain. Might as well eat at El bracero down the street, or even taco bell for a comparable quality, but that may be an insult to taco bell."
"Employees definitely don’t want to work there. The Carbondale one is much better. Ingredients were hardly warm and burnt tasting."
"This was the absolute worst Moe's I've ever eaten at. The rice was so severely under cooked it was like eating small rocks in my burrito. The inside of my burrito had all of the rice on one end and all of the meat was on the other which made it ridiculous to eat. Highly do not recommend eating here."
"I already love Moe's so I was happy when I moved back to Clarksville to see we had one now. And let me tell you. The young boy that works there is on top of his game! Got a VERY enthusiastic "welcome to Moe's" when I walked in instead of the lackluster one his coworkers provided. He was friendly and cheerful! Absolutely would recommend this location!"
"I should have known the minute I walked in when there was no team members around and another gentlemen was waiting in the line and wasn’t being helped. After about 5 minutes a team member came out of the bathroom and the manger came inside from talking to a friend. Fine, if the unit is short staffed that’s fine I get it. However things continued to worsen. The sweet tea was out and when I asked the manager if she could either make some or let me know how long it would take. She rolled her eyes, walked to the back room came out with a large cup of sugar and duped it into the unsweetened tea and mixed it without gloves. (After her coming in and cleaning up after her children that were there.) NOTE, I don’t care that her children were there, times are tough and babysitting is expense these days. Let’s say I just drank water. After sitting down, two bites in I noticed a VERY long black hair in my food. Pictured. After brining it to her attention she seem unbothered and didn’t even bat an eye. She didn’t offer a refund, or restoring my rewards, or anything. She simply barked at the guy to make my food again, but obviously my appetite was gone. Let’s say that the “ranking” they were talking about, the health department should stop in and really see how things are here."
