Whataburger

"1st off gave us the wrong order at the drive thru. Didn't realize it until we got home. Went back and told them and then tried to give us our actual order that's been sitting probably 45 min. Ask them to re make it and they claimed they did, waited another 9 minutes BUT no way in hell they did. Tasted cold, old and absolutely disgusting. Wish could give zero stars. Place is strait trash. Never to return."

"Customer service terrible. Food is okay. The tea is sour. Also missing items. I had an extremely long day yesterday so when I got off work this morning I accidentally put my order for this location and not my normal one. I’ll take the blame for that one. However I called the store multiple times to let them know what had happened even the one I normally got to called no answer whatsoever. Which means everything that happened could have all been avoided if the staff would have picked up the phone. I love Whataburger I grew up on it. Customer service and staff have always been friendly and accommodating. This was not the case this morning. The person at the window was rude and snooty. They were aggressive about handing my order on top of I went to ask about the order and it was ignored. I was already running behind to get home and get my daughter ready for school otherwise I would have gone back through and said something. However I live an hour out and that just wasn’t feasible and my family comes first. I will not be ordering or ever be getting food from this location ever again. Not to mention there was no line it wasn’t even busy. Which tells me the staff just didn’t care and they are there just for a paycheck not to provide excellent experience for the customer. I am posting a few pictures including the receipt. Do better is all I got to say."

"The burgers were good. They made the burgers how we order them. Would have been nice to get condiments. Unless you have to ask for them. The waiting was long, and at least a good 49 minutes. When driving into lane, take outer lane just in case you change your mind, then you can drive off. No dine in."

"Got a #5 with extra pattie med combo with a coke. Had a 45 minute wait time. The food is super good and reminds me when I lived in Texas and would eat here. The bun had a soggy spot on the bottom but it taste really good. The girl running the second line and taking orders deserves a raise because she was doing a great job seeing as how she was the only one on shift today. Not sure what's with the ordering system but it's weird. Had to give her my card to go inside and charge it and then bring it back."

"Be sure to check the food for temperature control before driving off. Have your receipt ready in case you need a refund. The burger & fries were lukewarm, stale. The Arnold Palmer tasted like unsweetened tea made with faucet water. They had one person taking forms of payment as she frantically tried to handle 10+ cars in both lanes. Thanks Lele for taking the time to call me back. Again, what will it take to get higher quality food instead of adding more diabetic, trans fatty and high cholesterol drive thru chains to the area. I do not recommend nor expect to return. If you need an appetizing experience drive to Johnny’s or Culver’s ."
