"I find this to be the best Wendy's Clarksville has to offer! Our server was polite, the food was very fresh (yes, even for fast food), and the store was clean and not overcrowded. Even the bathrooms were clean and tidy."

"This place really is a mess. The employees are not wearing gloves. Touching everything and touching the food. I watched a woman sneeze into her bare hand then continue bagging someone’s chicken nuggets. Most of them are rude and talk to the customers with attitude. I even witnessed them cursing at a customer and try to fight them. This has to be the most hood Wendy’s I’ve ever experienced."

"Placed our order and went to get our drinks. Drink machine was out of almost all drinks. Had to wait on half our order. When they finally got the order to us we were missing half the food. Definitely do not recommend this Wendy's. And no they were not overly busy, just slow and obviously do not know how to work fast food."

"I got to the store at 12:20 waited in drive through for about 5minutes. Nobody moved so I went to park and go inside and the lobby doors were locked. Then when I got back in my car to drive around the drive through had filled up with 7 cars all in that short while. I wait again for another 25min just to order at the speaker. When I got to the window they had me pull forward again which was fine. I didn’t get my food until 12:58. They forgot my sauces and a few sandwiches were old. The meat was cold for those few. Most of the food was made fresh to order. But the slow service and the cold sandwiches really ruined my mood. I really wish they would have left a sign on the lobby door saying the lobby was closed. I wouldn’t have wasted 25min of my time if I had seen their lobby was closed before leaving drive through to go inside and pick up my order."

"Came from work a long shift 19 hours. Ordered the $5 biggie bag 2 of them . The first one was made fine. But the second one chicken blt-that lettuce was not wash before putting it on a customer sandwich. So I brought to a managers attention and it got resolved and remade over. As far as everything else FOOD WAS GOOD. Cleanliness of Wendy is very and the bathroom smell great as for the women’s of course."
