"This was by far the least tidy, least organized Starbucks we’ve ever been to. There was a pile of boxes to greet us as we walked in. Tables were dirty. Two employees were at the register trying to figure out how to do something and didn’t look up for a couple of minutes. There were zero supplies out of things you might want to add to your drink like sweeteners, no sleeves for the cups, no stirring sticks. Very strange experience for us as we’ve never been into a poorly run Starbucks before."
"Sometimes you can have an enthusiastic drive thru cashier and others seem to be “spaced out.” Pay attention to the orders your handing customers. No biggie. The Cold Brew was decently good without all the extra ice. Drive thru went by faster than usual."
"Stopped in here while visiting in town and had a wonderful experience here, staff was very friendly and helpful, I’m always on the hunt for the been there series ornaments and even though this Starbucks didn’t have it, the girl at the counter was thoughtful and suggested another one I could try that might have. They had a great special edition cup honoring those in the service that was really special, they made sure our drinks were what we wanted and would definitely come here again!"
