"Whoever the old man that works nights.... rude, racist, uncomfortable. I've seen this dude yell, roll his eyes at, or overall have an attitude helping customers of color. Multiple times. Especially if they struggle to speak English, he'll get angry, make sarcastic remarks to others in line, as if the customer is a child. And then will act perfectly friendly towards a white person that comes to the register. Tonight, there was a long line and the first thing I saw and heard after I got in line was this employee upset and angry because the customer he was "helping" didn't speak English. It got to the point where the customer was desperately begging others in line to help or if they could translate. He eventually just left the line. And the next customer a few ahead of me, also of color, was buying scratch offs. He asked for a 2nd ticket and the employee got angry. Also, I get that working at a gas station isn't glamorous, but I don't need to be told every time I come in how much he hates his night/job. I got awkwardly stuck listening to him vent one night because I was a little scared. Listen, I'm depressed too, but... I've wanted to leave a review a few times. Honestly I worry about his reaction. But tonight was terrible. I've avoided this 711 for a while, and tonight reminded me why. Please do a check in with him, job and mental health wise."

"If I could give a -1,000 I would. Whoever was working the shift at 1130pm on Nevember 3rd, 2022 is the meanest person I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. So rude. I asked for help looking for an item. I asked if he could look it up. I was then yelled at and to to leave. He threatened to call the cops! What!? I have NEVER been treated so horrible just for asking politely for help. It's unthinkable! Don't go here! They have NO standard for the people they hire."

"Lady at the register was absolutely disrespectful. She implied I was a crook because I was browsing the store, treated me as if I wasn’t allowed to go near the coffees because I had been looking at the refrigerated section? If I’m browsing and say I don’t need help, then mind your business while I make a decision. I would have been a paying customer and instead left to take my business elsewhere, and advise everyone else do the same. Unbelievably bad service, all the other 1 star reviews are absolutely warranted."
