"First time visiting the place to meet up with an old friend. I got a creamed Black Tea with 25% sweetness, which had a good flavor. The service provided was excellent as I felt no pressure placing the order and got all my questions answered. Very good experience."

"Teapioca is one of my favorite bubble tea chains, and this location lives up to the expectation. My go-to is the pure matcha tea with cubed ice, aloe vera, and basil seeds at zero sweetness. This location has a few tables in a loft area above the counter that were great for working online for a couple hours. They have free wifi, too. There's some bar seating on the first level."
"Tea is terrible and people here are super rude. I can't taste the tea flavor but the color food additive. Besides, not only drinks are bad but their service is horrible. They ask me to bring my service dog out and forbid me to pick up my dog just bc they think the dog will spread hair. But my dog won't shed. I couldn't even place an order with their bad design menu while they keep trying to kick me off. I need to ask them to let me finish the order and ill bring my service dog out... The woman was super mad at me...will never ever come back again!"
