"This place is one of the worst Walgreens ive ever visited. They have enough tobacco and alcohol products, but milk? Nah go some where else losers who drink milk, get out of here. They have digital displays showing milk products, but when you open the case its empty worthless shelves. Or a single milk product with an expiration date less than 2 or 3 days out. F- total fail. The owner commenting on these google reviews should go to their actual store to see the crack heads who work there."

"I love the people that work at this location. They were always so friendly they know me when I walk in. My issue with this location is the Indian woman who works in the pharmacy. She is ALWAYS very short with me and rude. She is absolutely horrible to deal with. . .... She treated me like I was an inconvenience when I'm the CUSTOMER trying to get my prescription while SICK. I did not deserve that.... I'm absolutely disturbed at how I was treated by her. Won't be using this pharmacy again"

"My husband submitted a pickup order for a rapid Covid test for me this morning around 11am, he gets to this location and waits in line for 15-20m only for the clerks to tell him that it takes 15-20m for the order to process. The order should have been processed well before he got there being that it was submitted online. Very inconsiderate & anytime I’ve come, I’ve had to wait 10+ minutes for a sales associate to assist. Don’t ever think you’re gonna run in and run out of this location, even when you schedule a pickup."

"Tried CVS pharmacy down the street my insurance wanted me to use, I sat on hold for 15 minutes and not a single person picked up! Much better customer service here! Getting pushback from my new insurance all week which has held up getting my medication I'm out of and I'm about to go out of town so I wouldn't have meds I need daily for over a week. The day before my trip they still see in their system they can't refill it and I express how exacerbated I am and they offer to call my insurance and about an hour later I get a call that my medication is ready to be picked up. Thank you so much! Tried other pharmacy down the street my insurance wanted me to use, I sat on hold for 15 minutes and not a single person picked up! Much better customer service here"

"I have always gone to Walgreens to get my prescriptions filled, but not every Walgreens is great. When I moved to Austin, I found this location and the staff is so friendly! They always have a great attitude and the ladies in the pharmacy remember my face when I come through. One day, I ran out of gas in the pharmacy drive thru (so embarrassing) and the manager came outside, helped me push my car out of the way, AND helped me fill my tank with enough gas to get to the gas station. It was a busy Saturday, yet he still took the time to help me. I won't go to any other Walgreens in Austin. It's the little things that make a big difference."
