"The pharmacist or pharm tech with the messed up eyelash extensions had a horrible attitude with me when I was genuinely confused and asking a simple question to understand better what I needed to do to get my prescription. It wouldn’t have been hard to reply kindly instead of treating me like that."
"They should provide the correct have info on this flu-covid-19 test sign Is free only for ppl have insurance plus you have to do the appointment online too."
"I went into the store to buy items and I ask the employee there if I could use the restroom and she stated we don’t have public restrooms because people make them so dirty that we have totally shut him down permanently! And she told me this, after the fact that I had walked to the back, and I need brace slowly, and she saw me come into the store, and heard me say that I was using the restroom because I was with a friend and he bought his items for his cat. I feel that it’s extremely rude that these businesses like yours do not let any of the customers use the restroom because somebody has messed it up for the next person, not everyone should be singled out. I will never shop or pick up prescriptions ever again and your pharmacy. I will take my money to Walgreens and also if I could give no stars, I would hang your phone system is a terrible phone system because you cannot get a hold of anyone in the store at all! You do not have that prompt for the store to answer!"
"Honestly one of the worst experiences ever. As soon as we walked in the manager was following us around. I admit we looked a little disheveled, but that's because I just got back from a run that I was injured from. So my partner jumped out of bed to help me get the things needed to dress my wounds. When going to the register he (the manager) then stood behind us telling us to make sure we scan everything. I only knew he was the manager because when another customer entered the store they asked if he was in line he replied with "no I'm the manager and just making sure everything goes right". I've been going to that CVS for 10 years and to be honest I won't be back"
"Absolutely horrendous experience with this pharmacy. First off, the pharmacist was incredibly rude right off the bat and said I’d need to wait an hour for my prescription to be filled because they called in “so many.” I was also picking up a prescription for my daughter that was urgent, and they “didn’t receive anything from her doctor.” When I called, her pediatrician confirmed they left a voicemail for them, and spend the next morning calling multiple times with no answer. When I arrived the second to pick everything up I was told I needed to wait another hour because “they’re still filling them since they send in 8 total prescriptions” which is a flat out lie, I was there to pick up 4. Now it’s another day my daughter doesn’t have her medication. This wouldn’t be as bad if the staff were polite or answered their phones. Instead they’re been rude and unkind throughout the process (and while I’m waiting I can hear their phone contact my ringing with no answer.) I live less than a mile away but will go out of my way to never go to this pharmacy again."
