"Their bathroom was absolutely disgusting and even after telling them it was bloody in there nobody cleaned it. I was asked to add more by the "owner" so I'm going to. I was stuck in the area for like 7 hours and went in kinda early to use the restroom. The picture is how I found it. I reported to the man behind the counter and said someone should clean it, he said someone would. Roughly 5 hours after that I needed to use the restroom again, so I went back expecting it to be clean but it was still the same. That's when I took the picture. I don't bash companies for incidents, because stuff happens and they may not nlknow what's going on, but once aware of it there is no excuse any more. I couldn't even bring myself to purchase anything while there because of the unsettling feeling inside me due to the restroom filth."
"Really mismanaged location. I went in at around 9:30am on a Saturday morning, and the place was a mess and they had no coffee whatsoever. I'll be going to the Chevron across the street from now on. Edit - after relaying the same concern as expressed above through the corporate 7-Eleven website as requested, I received an intimidating email to my personal email from someone purporting to be the actual owner telling me "I think it's best to not come back". I'm happy to oblige, since clearly the owner has no interest in serving the public or maintaining standards."
"Absolutely hate the morning employees. Rude, smug and obviously don't want to be there. Never say hi, never say bye, never say thanks and NEVER look up at me from their phones or even tell me the price of my purchase. I've been shopping here every single dang day for over 8 years. Sometimes 2 or 3 times a day. Now I only visit when something's on deal. Otherwise I go across the street to Chevron. The afternoon/night employees on the other hand are super cool, friendly and seem super positive."
