"Just wanted to give a 5 star shout out to the security guard on shift 2am March 5th, 2024. Not only was he able to get a good quality internet connection to watch only fans in his White f-150 “bro truck”, but he was also very quick to stalk wealthy customers in the store. It was a great visit. He not only did a great job talking on the phone while following me, but also got a chance to notice my $4,000 electric scooter, which btw I was just educated by said security guard, that I don’t make money and have no truck like he does at all. Thanks for the compliments buddy. You are right. I don’t have a truck. I actually have a 2024 Cadillac. Sorry for the confusion but I will say you are right. Sport Utility Vehicle Vs truck. Also want to give credit for his courageous demeanor when I reached for my wallet to show him $6,000 cash so he would quit talking to me like he is the overlord of midnight snacks. Didn’t mean to disappoint you after you claimed I had a gun. Hey man. We aren’t dating, you don’t get to see my gun. But maybe next time you can take me to dinner in your super cool stock base model f-150. . . Okay. Enough joking. I have worked 8 years unstopped, bouncer security in the epicenter of bar brawl central, 6th st Austin. Never have I ever walked around and judged people and acted like such a victim at every turn. Also, hey guy. You don’t touch your holster if I just grabbed a wallet at checkout. Btw. My wallet was out before your holster was unstrap…. So what does that say? Just think about the mentality involved in that sort of behavior. I literally told you I just ran someone off trying to look in the windows of my home and came to cvs after for a drink and some snacks so I can spend the next hour reviewing my ring door bell footage. I literally told you three times that that guy almost got shot, and that I followed him on my (50mph elec scooter) which by the way you just don’t comprehend that those exist. Smart guy. And when I got the the parking lot I circled twice and then went inside to be sure I wasn’t being followed by that guy. I said it three times! Are you dumb? Can you read and write and understand basic language arts? I sure hope so because the title on your vest is spelled incorrectly. It says OFFICER. Correct spelling is Insecurity. I will let CVS decide on whether or not a peach fuzz faced GI Joe toy should be handling security at this location."

"I want to give praise to Derrick! My elderly mother became very overwhelmed trying to figure out how to complete her payment at the register. She was crying and about to leave. He took the time and had the patience to help her take care of everything she needed. She left feeling so much better. We appreciate you! Thank you!"

"The assistant manager or supervisor, whoever he was, was unbelievably rude. I needed to return an unused phone charger that I bought yesterday at another CVS downtown. I didn't get a receipt. But I paid for it with my card. The package was unopened too. I explained my situation to the store associate at the front desk, who then radioed his supervisor/manager. The guy came over and asked for ID. It was odd—I didn't need ID to purchase the $15 charger yesterday. He actually pulled up Google links to the nearest DMV with DL/ID services. Seriously? I guess he thought I wasn't from Earth and didn't know what the DMV was. I explained that I was still waiting on my replacement ID from the DMV, but I still have the photo of the ID, and the temporary ID emailed by the DMV. He refused and walked away immediately. I would have understood if it was a store policy, but his attitude was unprofessional, condescending, and completely unacceptable."

"Booked a COVID test for 930am. Drove 20mins to get it and then was told there’s no one here to administer it. Told me to “just reschedule” with no apology and wouldn’t help me do it - just told me I’d have to do it online. Rude, unapologetic, worst CVS I’ve been to by far."
