"Hi there yawl wanna read this to the end its a real live kool story as a review. So I was a regular customer at this 7-11 for the last 9 months, the employee at the time was horrible at customer service so I almost stopped going until one day I asked for the manger or just someone in charge and SHE WAS RIGHT THERE Cassandra is her name. I asked if I could talk to her outside about a concern I had with this horrible person that is the first thing you see when you walk in. With pleasure Cassandra walks outside with me and gives me her undivided attention. I explained my experiences at this store and she assured me that that will not happen again AND IT HAS NOT. Cassandra is such an awesome person and passionate about her store and what she does, with that seeing her at this store day in and day out was way impressive, and pleasant greetings as you come in top it off. I saw Cassandra leaving work one day and spent a few minutes chatting with her, by the time I left I was saying man I wanna work for her, she builds people up and sets them up for success, I said Cassandra I wanna work for you. I wanna be on your team and the rest is history. I'm currently on Cassandra's team at 7-11 and I must say she is loyal, compassionate, and very knowledgeable at what she does.
