"Worst customer service there is a little boy working there with curly hair who has a horrible attitude throwing medication bags w an attitude and making the customers feel stupid very rude don’t greet or anything had me waiting on the phone w my providers because he said I had the wrong info and when I went to a diff person he pulled up my insurance w no problem and pointed me to the right direction. I won’t be going back ever!!"

"I miss my first time going to CVS for prescriptions they're so freaking rude... Just for a simple transfer a prescription from one Pharmacy to the other CVS pharmacist have just such a rude attitude for that I prefer Walgreens but unfortunately my insurance won't cover so that's just my opinion."

"The pharmacy staff is absolutely horrible, lacks customer service, lacks knowledge and overall rude. When I called both women that answered had an attitude and didn’t seem like they wanted to help me. Then I came up there and I sat at the window for 5 minutes without any acknowledgement when the pharmacy tech continuously walked past the window acting as if he didn’t see me and then when he finally acknowledged me he took my payment, gave me the bag with my meds and card in it and didn’t say anything else, no have a good day, you’re all set just nothing. I will not be back and will be switching to where I’m appreciated. Do not shop here!"

"One lane for full service and another for drop off only. A little slow at the drive through but the job gets done. The lady working at the pharmacist is fair and honest. And got back with me with a medicine they didn’t have on my phone. Oof I had to come back to my review. I ran out of my medication, and noticed no notification for pickup refill. Went there and a lady told me am not sure yet. I decided to go online and saw that I did have and ordered from there."
