Reviews of Circle K
"Great gas offers. 02/08/24 got 40 cents off. Good until 7pm"
"It's a newer store, a nice one, but the men's restroom is lacking attention. I was working and not feeling well. I tried going into the far back stall and found used items hidden behind the toilet. Left and tried the center stall, and it wasn't much better. Each stall reminded me of a dirty version of 3 little bears. The third stall was the last worst, and I just had to kick paper on away to clear the area."
"Went in to buy snacks for my daughter. The teller told me he didn’t have change. I was owed .88 cents. He said, “We don’t have any change. Cool?” I was so tired after shopping for groceries. Things are already too expensive as it is. I’ve been hearing this from other stores, “we don’t have any change” or “are you going to want your change?” . What kind of question is that? WHO wouldn’t want their change? I can see a couple of pennies or a few cents but .88 cents is almost a dollar. I realized this is a new scam. The clerks tell this to enough people and at the end of the night, they add up their tills and pocket what they are over in cash. If they scammed 100 customers out of a dollar, they get to pocket $100 and that’s if they scam only 100 people! After a 6-8 hour shift, they’re scamming us all. So after I said, “No man. I need my change.” He walked to the safe and got a roll of quarters and dimes. So he lied. He did have change. He was just too lazy to go get it and he wanted to pocket it. Made me feel like a burden because I wanted my money. Make that make sense! If you hire people who steal from your customers, they’re stealing from you too. Speak to your employees and stop this behavior. We are all suffering. .88 cents to some of you may not be a big deal but when it happens daily, over and over, I start getting upset. Tipping doesn’t work so this is the newest scam huh? It adds up. Don’t fall for this as a customer. You don’t get rich by giving all of your money away. We have people begging in front of this store too. So give to the poor and then get robbed by the cashier on top of paying higher that normal prices? Nah. Not cool. Not cool at all. Fix this. Next time, I’m calling the police. While browsing these reviews, I noticed the owner only responds to the 5 star ones and not any complaints. That says it all. Smh"
"Hello, how are you, I almost always go to that store because it is the closest to my home and the service is good, until today, it turns out that I went in the afternoon to put gas in my car and I paid $30 at pump #4 to the cashier, I returned to my car to put on the gas and oh surprise! Pump #4 was not charged, I returned very calmly to the store and explained to the cashier what had happened and in 20 or 15 minutes no one gave me an explanation, they almost assured that It was my mistake that I had said bomb #3 but it was not like that, different people or managers arrived but nobody gave me a solution until one of them told me that I had to check the cameras and the audio, that is, they were convinced that I I had made a mistake, maybe because of my Latin appearance they thought that, after a long wait another person came and asked me again what my bomb was and I told her #4, after that and in a very bad way she told the cashier (guilty by the way) that they put the $30 in pump #4, but they didn't even offer me an apology, nothing, I hope someone takes action on the matter, this kind of thing can't keep happening.."
