"Signs and hours online show that this location closes at midnight. We go in at 10:56 pm and a snarky tall/heavy white man is sneering and rolling his eyes saying they’re closing in 3 minutes and to hurry up. We hurried to grab the medicine we needed and with a minute to spare he is reminding us again in another rude tone. Can guarantee we won’t come here again! Fix your hours or your closing store employee on 12/30. We are both young and he didn’t check our IDs for an age restricted item also, so that is a good look for this CVS."

"I've only gone here in the past, just for the ATM. Tonight though I needed to get some Navage salt pod packs and some anti flu items for my senior aged father. I called at 1045 to see if they had it so it wouldn't be a blind trip. No answer, again at 11, nothing. Drove from the I10 Wayside area and made it with 30 minutes to spare when I saw that the doors were closed and locked already. Everyone wants to go home early when it's near punch out time, but you still have a job to do, if I left 30-45 minutes early from work I'd get in trouble, you're a health/meds store, you know what you signed up for, your job can't be as tiring as other jobs that have more labor inducing, more physical requirements then stocking or walking and standing. Most of the employees were on their phones anyways when they'd have customers too when I'd go get money. Do your jobs or give it up so someone that wants to actually work can earn that check."

"I’m a regular to this location because second ward is the food dessert of Houston and I told an employee two different visits and days that there was glass all over the Woodbridge wine bottles and I was just appalled that in three days it wasn’t cleaned up. I feel bad for these employees. They definitely aren’t being supported by good management and I can’t believe cvs is opening another location near by when this one is struggling so much."

"I like this CVS Pharmacy y mas located at Harrisburg & Lockwood. The store is very clean with good merchandise presentation and few out of stocks. I see several negative reviews. Usually if you have a problem getting a prescription filled, the problem is with the insurance company not the pharmacy. CVS prices are high; but they have weekly sales with substantial discounts on many items."
