"On 09/23 I came to the store that I’ve been coming to for YEARS to buy beer. I presented my REAL passport to the lady and this lady is saying my passport is fake. This lady not only made me waste my time but refused service. Therefore, next time I will be calling the cops if this lady refuses service because of a real identification. Instead of wasting my time how about this gas station starts educating their employees in reading identifying real identifications because this lady did not know at all. The reason why I was showing my passport was due to the fact that I had lost my drivers license. Although now I know to return and to show my ID to the ladies face next time to prove her wrong. I’m way over age Thank you"

"Poor treatment of customers when cashiers make mistakes. Cashier "Kitty" makes mistake of putting prepaid customers paid fuel on my pump then treats me like I was about steal gas by yelling for me to come in the store. I came in the store and told her i would pay for the gas (held my debt card in the air) she ask me to pay for it at the persons car...the guy was confused as i (what if he was a bad guy and robbed me?) was but he was nice and I did, me and him both discussed our treatment while pumping the gas because when i walked into the station he was telling her he told her specially pump 4 and a guy that was in their when he must have told her nodded, but she said he said pump 3 which was mine, I told him i would make a formal complaint to Circle K as soon as I got home, and I did."
