"The pharmacy staff at this location act like idiots. I picked up several prescriptions at one time. When opening the prescriptions I realized that they were supposed to give me a 90 day supply, but only gave me a 30. I called and they said that they would get them ready. I didn’t get a chance to stop by and pick them up, but called so that I could pick them up with another refill. They then tell me that they looked at the cameras and they mailed the prescriptions with the others so they couldn’t give me the missing meds. I said I picked them up, they weren’t mailed. She then said oh yeah. When they were picked up(clearly lying). They said that they called my Dr. for a refill. I didn’t ask them to call for a refill, I should have the meds that they didn’t provide me with. They shorted me on medication. I will watch them closely from now on and probably go elsewhere even though it will be an inconvenience because they’re so close to my residence."
"Another Walgreens stop while I was out working. This store had an exceptionally clean bathroom, and the checkout was friendly and quick. I did not stop by pharmacy."
