"I went in there to find a product I walked up to the employee and I showed him the picture of the products on my phone. He glanced at the product and looked at me and said they don’t have that here. I was shocked because I was holding the Walgreens app, and it said the exact address of the store and that the product was in stock so I went to turn off employee and I said excuse me ma’am can you tell me the address of the store The woman looked at me and said I’m sorry I don’t know the address of the store glass Akasha she can tell you the address by looking at the receipt. I was so dumbfounded I was like OK I did this thing today so decide and I went back to the man who turned out to be the manager of the store and showed him that the product was in stock at his store based on the app that I currently have, he didn’t look to me and said oh I see them is it I didn’t realize that this was what you were talking about. That’s the new product that we have here in the store. I didn’t know we had it here. He knew they had it. He was just very dismissive of me I guess because of how I look I don’t know what the hell. Anyways I got what I wanted and left the store. Just say that I don’t recommend the store manager seems indifferent incompetent I guess his family probably owns the store because why else would he be working there."
"After I had some frustration with another Walgreens down the street who hadn't processed my prescription after not meeting the ETA provided. This location easy took care of me quickly. Very professional and very friendly even after showing and expressing my frustrations. To the young lady and gentlemen who helped me tonight 8-29-2022 in the pharmacy around 7:30pm. Thank you both. This location is by far the best"
"We have moved and I miss this Walgreens so very much, from the ladies at the front to the pharmacy it is wonderful. I had to start using a new Walgreens because we moved 45 mins away and the pharmacist are no where near as wonderful as the pharmacy staff at the 529 location. I love our new area so much but I can not tell you just how much I miss this Walgreens. Thank you all for taking such great care of your customers, trust me not all Walgreens are as great as all of you!!!"
"I wasnt gonna write a review but If the cashier tell you you wont get charged for an item thats not in your pickup order but its on your receipt dont believe them. I did not call because i waited for my transaction to go through, thinking i would be paying less because an item was missing in my pick up order.i came back 2 weeks later to get a refund or product replacement only because i do not live in this area and the hours i work are inconvenient. The manager gave me a hard time over some body wash saying he has to do an investigation. It is the cashiers fault for her negligence , train your employees better. The lady seemed to not know what she was doing . If the item is on the pickup receipt it should be in my bag."
"Horrible experience. Carmen ( hispanic with salt/pepper hair) your cashier instead of servicing me like every walgreens for sending a simple western union transaction with only 1 customer behind me decided send me to photo. Nobody in photo to service me but waited til i stood there and watch her dispatch for assistance still no one and had to dispatch again. Mind you during this whole time she has no one and could have serviced me but nope. Then decided to call the cashier that was finally servicing me to still ask if i was sending or receiving. And of course the register wouldn't have change but im sure your main register with multiple transactions for the would have. I then watch 2 supervisors come out and visibly see me impatiently upset and i watch them drag along to get change. I finally decide to appoach and address my complaint just to hear that yes i could have been service at the main register. Spent my whole lunch break literally waiting during a very very slow period at their store. Very disappointed with their customer service from their cashier up to their upper management i can only imagine how other larger problems are addressed and resolved. Please provide more customer service training for these employees."
