"This the worst manage pharmacy I have ever encountered. The tech Bimal is very rude, unprofessional, and has no compassion or empathy. I wonder how these people go home and sleep well. Very disappointed. Manager is a joker who has no control. They straight lie to your face and never have any supplies at disposal. They should replace everyone and give job to more deserving."

"You can only return once per receipt, they will take your original receipt after you returned. I purchased something at the store and asked if they have paper coupon, the lady said they have been discontinue paper coupon for few years. I told them most WG, they give me back my receipt and sometime I receive paper coupon there. They told me to shop at those WG, don’t shop here…"

"I am giving this location 5 stars only to Rachel (the pharmacy manager/pharmacist). She went above and beyond for me in regards to my medication (which is on nationwide shortage at the moment). I cannot thank you enough for your kindness, compassion and your assistance throughout this whole nightmare of a process. The pharmacy techs need to learn from her in how to handle patients and how to assist them in finding other Walgreens that have their medications in stock rather than just saying "it's out of stock and they're unable to find you a location with the medicine in stock". That is just pure laziness in your job. I work in Healthcare as well so this is shocking to me hear basically "that is not my job" from the pharmacy techs when that is YOUR job."
