"Had my UPS package delivered here (last time i'll be doing that) and I get an e-mail that it's ready for pickup. I head to the store and the cashier at the front tells me they don't have my package. Told her it had been signed for by Gabriel she said "Oh yeah UPS does that because they know he's the store manager" and to come back tomorrow. I happened to see boxes on the opposite side of where she was looking and I asked if she could look at those and maybe my package was there. She said UPS hadn't been in the store today and I just happened to see the logo of the store I had ordered from in one of those boxes and of course I left the store with my package. It's honestly not hard to take a look at a different stack of boxes instead of telling customers to come back another day and waste even more time since their check-out lines are at least 10 minutes long."
