7-Eleven

"I was at the 7-Eleven on Friday, January, 12 there is this girl I don’t know her name or anything, but she started cussing out me and my friends for no reason because we were standing there looking to see if they had this one snack that my friend really wanted. She just started calling us the b word and the f word this really how are cash register be acting or anything and she started yelling at us for no reason and we left after that. Is this really how employees are supposed to be acting like because me and my friends felt really disrespectful after this i’m really much going to stop coming here because of the coworker yelling at me and my friends and I don’t feel like it’s a safe environment for us. because of the cursing so much. she was really disrespectful. Towards me and my friend saying she’ll put a “taser in our mouth.” She proceeded to say I’m going to call “law-enforcement” when we didn’t do anything to her and that’s what I don’t like how the way me and my friends were being treated because that’s not how we should be getting treated out of this world. And also, my friend was trying to buy something but the cash register lady snatch it out of my friends hand and started yelling at her and telling her you need to leave my store but she didn’t even do anything to her and she started yelling at us for no reason and she also said “I’m gonna start drinking because of y’all” I don’t really know is this how employee should be acting to customers, worst is 7-Eleven ever she started making my friend cry as well I don’t really think she should be working at the 7-Eleven (personal opinion) worst is 7-Eleven ."

"Management doesn't know how to keep the store stocked. So disappointing to want coffee and cigarettes just to leave without either. I just go to the store across the street now. Edit 2 packs a day for 12 years. Never a problem. Now you are out at least twice a week. I recommend you up the pars on your inventory. Employees say its out of management control because the computer orders. This is nonsense. Change your pars, why lose sales. New management sucks 5 pm Friday. Doors locked. If your employees need to use the restrooms, have more athan one on Friday at5 p"

"The customer service was so overwhelming supportive and went the extra mile to explain when I had questions about items advertised on the app or window display. I ordered a pizza for a family member to take to them and the manager brought the pizza out to my car to me personally when it was ready, because I had to go back to my car to put my phone on the charger. The pizza was hot and freshly made. I was so grateful and that customer service was just lovely and definitely made my day."

"On July 11th, the slurpees are actually free and taste great! The ice was very smooth, like an ICEE, and they had flavors like Blue Raspberry, Cherry Limeade, Dr. Pepper, and more! They have as much snacks and stuff as most other gas station convenience stores. Their prices might be above average, though."
