"Probably the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Their phone system is awful and they are always incorrect on prescription status. I have had an issue just about every time I have a prescription filled here. 15 July 2022 - Nothing has changed. Still the worst pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of using."

"The pharmacist today had excellent customers!! They were attentive and prompt. Even when there was a little mix up with the birthday from the doctors office (which possibly could’ve been my fault), the pharmacist were quickly proactive and I waited very little time to receive the medication. Excellent job!"

"I made appointment for my booster shot at 10:15 I arrived early to fill out paperwork 10:05) I finally got my shot at 10:50. I was asked to wait another 15 minutes more. They would not give me my vaccine card until the 15 minutes had passed. The total vaccine experience was well over an hour. I would not come back to this location."

My prescription was supposed to be sent to this Walgreens because my usual one did not have the medicine, so I spoke with Lupita in the pharmacy a barker in Clay today and she was extremely helpful. I got my issue resolved quickly and she was very personable and knowledgeable."

"I’m at this location every other day purchasing supplies and refilling meds for my father who is on hospice care. Well today, Rosa the manager refused to accept my coupon. Constantly telling me it was an online coupon when it clearly stated on the Walgreens email it could be used online or instore for purchase. Do better Walgreens with either your misleading emails or your manager training!"
