"Absolutely unacceptable costumer service. I called and asked if they fill balloons for events and was told they fill them for 1.75 each. I got there and waited in line for 20 minuets to be told in the rudest way possible that they don’t do that there then the cashier proceeds to double down and tell me that I’m lying and the lady on the phone never said that. I then asked if anywhere in town could help fill balloons for a party and the cashier stared at me like I was stupid. when I said listen can you just help me so I can get out of here she said “bye”. I was asked to not come back to this store to which I will happily comply. Do whatever you can to avoid this place, they deserve to be shut down. It’s hard to have the worst staff possible, but you do."

"I came into the store this after noon and as I entered I was not greeted but instead an employee with red hair and facial piercings simply stared at me. Honestly it made me very uncomfortable. As I was checking out my items, my card was stuck in my wallet and it took me a little bit of time to get it out. During that time she was rolling her eyes and sighed loudly to show her annoyance. That employee was really rude and passive aggressive. I'm not coming here again."

"My friend and I came into the store a few hours before closing. It was close to 8:30 but the employee who was on the evening shift was very rude. She is a woman with red hair and facial piercings. She did not greet us as we walked in and as my friend was checking out some of the clothing, she kept walking behind her and looking at her judgmentally as if she thought my friend was a thief. When we went to check out she didn’t greet us either and as I placed my basket on the conveyor belt she asked me why I didn’t take my items out of the basket, when the customer before me did the exact same thing and she didn’t seem to have a problem with it. Afterwards she was glaring at me while she slammed my items on the scanner and bagged them. Her rudeness has made me lost my respect for this store. She made me feel very unwelcomed. I would rate this 0 stars if I could."
