The Crossing Boutique 322 West San Antonio Street, New Braunfels, TX 78130

"My husband and I stopped in here earlier as we were exploring downtown. As I was looking around my husband asked one lady if there was a bathroom he could use, and she kindly directed him to it. They were both nice to me as I browsed by myself, but after a while I heard them whispering about how long my husband had been in their restroom, and caught them making comments about how it must be "something serious," and other things I couldn't make out, but the tone was clear. We both found items we were interested in purchasing but once I heard them talking about us I texted my husband to hurry up because we were leaving as soon as he was done. This shop has lots of Christian-oriented products but my impression of the ladies there was far from it. If you feel it necessary to talk about customers while they're in your shop, do it where you can't be overheard. And if you don't want people using your restrooms, don't give them permission to do so. My husband doesn't leave behind messes and we were doing legitimate shopping, not just there for the restroom. Disappointed we couldn't make our purchases."
