Clean for the most part, although I didn't like the boxes in front of the cooler, but I know that can't be avoided sometimes."

Today 02/15/2023 I went to grab just a water since I was in a rush and this store was the only option I had , just because I had my backpack with me the staff yelled at me telling I have to leave my bag at the front and I said I can’t cause I have expensive stuff in it and she said I can’t shop there and I have to leave !!!!"

"New location and it is nice. BUT the employees...not so much! I believe they didn’t give me my receipt so that I wouldn’t complain about the service I received from Tiffany, the manager! I came to get a gift bag and a ballon for one of my employees birthday presents that I purchased elsewhere. I asked for a ballon that was on display in a brand new store and I was told that they didn’t have it!? The ballon the cashier, Norma, tried to give me had Legos on it so I giggled and said “It’s for an adult, I’m not going to give them a ballon with legos”. Tiffany, the manager , who was not ever assisting me yells across two registers “WELL WE DON’T HAVE A LOT OF BALLOONS FOR ADULTS!!” Then gave me a smug grin! I know this is Dollar Tree but you are still providing service to paying customers! Norma was apologetic and that is the only reason I gave two stars but Tiffany probably shouldn’t be left in charge if she does not know how to address customers!!!"
