"Goodwill should be ashamed of themselves. I bought a used vacuum cleaner that stopped working the next day and brought it back. They would not take it back but pulled up the barcode # and saw I purchased it 6 days ago with my debit card. No wonder why GW's getting a bad reputation. A majority of items are donated but you have no shame in taking ppls $$. Avoid this place because they will not honor their merchandise but steal from you."
"Nicely kept store. Helpful employees."
"Not happy at all with the customer service, the lady working the register was speaking very dry to my dad. She was nice to my sister, but when she spoke Spanish to my dad she was very harsh and rude. She herself was Latina and it caught me off guard the difference in attitude between how she addressed my light skinned sister in English vs how she treated my dad who is a darker complexion. I do not recommend this location at all."
