"I bought beer from this store and I got the wrong kind for my husband. Went the next day to return it with the receipt and beer box was not opened and they would not take it back. Spoke with the manager Peter Walker and he told me no returns and it was state law that beer can’t be returned. It is not state law in Texas. It is to the managers discretion to accept the return or not. He was very rude and was unwilling to help me out. The box was in perfect shape and with a receipt and he just didn’t care. I can’t believe he lied to me on top of that. Horrible customer service! As a manager he should have been more respectful and done some research to be stating a comment that he seem so confident about."

"Love love love this store. Quiet, clean and very organized. Just one hiccup. My rotisserie chicken was raw in the middle. Still tasty after I cooked it up but a struggle to de-bone. I saw a similar complaint here. Maybe the oven needs to be recalibrated. I think it is important for management to know so they can fix it. The 3 starts are for the raw chicken, not the store."

"We come to this store every now and then. Grocery is great. Bakery on the other hand not so great. I normally order from a different store but around this time of year I order from this specific store because it’s closer to my children’s school. I called yesterday and asked for a simple 12 count cupcake with blue icing. I asked several times to make sure that they put whip cream instead of buttercream. I also asked if they had any decorations three times which I was told they don’t have anything. The only thing they had was confetti to put on the cupcakes. So when I arrived, pick up the cupcakes, not only were the cupcakes iced with buttercream, but they did not even put the confetti on the cupcakes. They put confetti in a little Ziploc bag, and gave it to me like that. I politely gave them back the little bag of confetti and walked off. I don’t know if there’s new people in the bakery or if the person who took my call clearly didn’t care, but won’t be ordering from this bakery anymore."

"Nice store with great deals and friendly staff. Henry at the seafood counter was particularly helpful and conscientious: he inspected each cluster of crabs before bagging it for me, and he tossed out the ones that didn't meet his quality standard. Thank you very much!"
