"I came here to use my extra care bucks and because of the sale they had on gain detergent. Ms Janette rang me up. It's close to closing and I immediately apologized for needing her to ring me up because I can never get my coupons to work correctly on self check out. I said it 3 times and not a word from her. She was obviously bothered that I needed her help. We're doing the transaction I give her my money and I ask her like hey isn't there another dollar coupon towards there? Can I use it? Her exact words were NO and I said OK so that's what you're telling me I can't use it ? your answer is NO? I go ahead and I finish pushing the buttons on the machine and she finishes cashing me out. She handed me my change and then she tells me "you need to have those coupons checked before you walk up to the counter OK that's understandable but the transaction wasn't complete and I checked it as I asked her and asked her if I could use it, and an immediate NO! I just feel you should be kind to people and it doesn't hurt to wait 30 more seconds and let someone save that dollar, what's is the big deal? I've done retail 20 years and I get it, you wanna go home. That's not a reason to be rude"

"I’ve gone back and forth on my ratings here. Staff is nice enough and they seem overwhelmed and understaffed. However I’ve gone at normal times recently and they were closed. Once for lunch 1:30-2. Don’t close. Just stagger lunches. Once around 9 on a Saturday and they don’t open until 10. If you are going to a customer centric, customer friendly store. You have to be open to serve customers."

"Getting a prescription is like pulling teeth. Said they didn't have my prescriptions, which were confirmed received, several times. Don't fill easy prescriptions the same day, and don't consistently provide reminders or updates. Also frequently out of stock on drinks and other non medical things."

"I can not say CVS is a bad pharmacy but this location is horrible. My doctor called in a pain medication and when I went to cvs they said yeah we have it in the system but we are so behind so we can not get it ready for you. I understand that but I work in a pharmacy and I know if the patient is there and its for pain, you can pull it out and get it ready in 15 mins and I was willing to wait too. The technician said a big no and at 11 am that it will be ready by the end of the day before they close at 7pm. The pharmacists are so unbothered and I cant blame the technician as what they do as the pharmacist says. This location needs to either get more staff or just shut it down as no one has good experience and giving a bad name to CVS"

"I can not say that CVS is a bad pharmacy but this location is horrible. The doctor had sent my pain medication and it was in their system too but one of the technicians said sorry we cant get it ready as we are very behind on other things. I totally understand that but I work in a pharmacy myself we always put patients first.
