"This 7 Eleven has the rudest staff!! Every single employee that I've encountered there always look like they're miserable to be there!! No one ever acknowledges when any customers walk in, they don't even greet or say anything when the customer is paying at the counter!!"

"Update. 2023– still not all gas pumps available- I tried 3 different pumps and to my dismay all either didn’t read my card or they were out of order. Drove to QT, and no issues. Tried to support this business but every time I go by, it ruins my whole mood. So I just won’t try anymore. Old review I love to support my BOBs. For a long time, this was the only gas station I would go to. Now, I’m not as loyal. This review states why. Staff is friendly, store is clean, and they sell the Black Girl Magic wine - if you want to try it. However, it is about 12 minutes away from my residence, and I grew frustrated with driving here to get gas and the pumps don’t always work properly. At one pump, my card just slid in and out - and nothing happened. No grip, like usual. No activity on the screen. It scared me, because I thought it was a skimmer. I froze my card and informed the cashier about the pump not working. Nothing changed, because later that week when I got gas at the same pump, it was the same issue. Also, I had issues at two other pumps. They simply weren’t working. When you get out and try to pump at one, and it doesn’t work, so you get in your car and drive to the next one, get out, and IT doesn’t work, you tend to get annoyed. I’ll continue to give this business a try, when I’m in the area, of course, but I won’t drive out of the way as much as I’ve done in the past."

"Friday I went to your store to grab something to eat but there was no hot dogs no single pizzas no burritos tecknicly nothing . Went back this morning the coffee was either cold or overly strong plus the compartments for sugar etc. We're limited they said you were in the process of buying new equipment and the lack of items was do to delivery shortage ok than... Why sell coffee if you know it's not up to your standard and if there is a shortage on food, make a sign and let people know so we don't waste our time ? I am not going back."

"I visit this store pretty often and I am usually greeted and treated very nicely. Reading the other reviews makes me sad that this location has had such poor run ins. I am happy this location is here. On one occasion i asked the owner what the best coffee flavor was after i noticed a new one put out. She replied that the breakfast blend is the most sold, but she enjoys the Hazel nut. I have tried and like both, but i usually go in for the breakfast blend. As this is a gas station i think it is extremely ugly of people to rate their customer service so low. There is no expectation that a gas station clerks should cater to your every request, so people calm down. Furthermore, I think the staff that has been here since its reopening have done a great job. The owner is always running around working hard and training people at the same time. I will continue to come to this location until i no longer work in Arlington."
