"just want to say I have been trading at this store for 10 years and its always been excellent service. Very disappointed with service last night from young man, (seems to be recent hire), behind the counter. When I walked in he didn't even look up was too busy texting. When I approached counter and asked for the vape refill he still did not look up and continued to text. When he finally gave me his attention, I asked for the specific product and he proceeded two rows down from where I was pointing. I kept saying if you will look at where I am pointing you will see the item. It took 4 times for me to say I am pointing where it is before he acknowledge me at all saying ok sir ok. Guess I should be relieved he at least said sir. But he still did not look where I was pointing, at this point I gave up. I told him to forget it and that he needed to listen more and make eye contact with customers and maybe get off his phone and do his job. Tried calling 2 x to speak with manager Roxy, but apparently the young man was working and said the manager was too busy to take my call she was receiving a truck load. I called customer service held for 15 minutes, the agent seemed attentive and asked all the right questions....lets see where it goes."
