"Please don't go to this hrblock! Here's why. I did my taxes at this place in 2021. Months later the IRS was looking for me. Saying that hrblock did some adjustments and therefore I must return $700 DLS back. I called the IRS asking them what's going on. They said someone did adjustments or modified your information resulting in you owing money to us. I had been dealing with hrblock for the last 3 times tax seasons. One was good experience. The last two. unprofessional. In San Francisco this happened to me . They never answered my emails. At one time I called hrblock hotline to arrange an appointment with the hrblock agency. They didn't even showed up! I called them and told them.. I m outside your business. I have an appointment with you. But there is no here sign says closed. But hrblock hotline assured me someone was going to be here. Can you please call me back? THEY NEVER DID CALL BACK! No more hrblock for me!! Never 2 times being screwed is enough for me."

"filed with them got audited and refused to help, avoid marquita she's unprofessional won't return phone calls nor emails. you would think that these people are tax proffesionals but they're not."

"I called ahead and asked if they still offer free estimates and reception answer yes. I went in and said they charge $40. She kept giving me excuses that it's extra work for her and it takes up her time. Very rude and unprofessional. You could of told me that over the phone."

"The Lady that helped us is really nice and accommodating, took her time to take care of us, it’s just a bummer that we have to go back because the Boss was not there to finalized everything for. We were also quoted a different price, The initial Person who helped us was charging $35 but when the Boss finally finalized our documents, The $35 became $70. I came here thinking it’s cheaper than Jackson Hewitt (closer to me) who charges $75. From the back and forth and paying parking, I should have just went to them for $5 more. I though I was saving myself some money by coming here but I didn’t. They explained and apologized for the miscommunication and since it’s done and they took care of us, I didn’t fuss about it but I learned my lesson."

"A really bad customer service. I made an appointment at 8pm, I was there but no one attended us, we had to wait for more than 1.5 hrs to finally at 9.25pm a girl said she was about to leave and she won't be able to help us till tomorrow. What kind of appointment service you guys have been offering to the people? It's not a good service, especially if you are there with kids."
