"Ali was assigned to assist us in filing our taxes. We had a horrible experience. We will actually have to pay another accountant to file an amended return due to his incompetence. The process took way too long, partly because it was difficulty to understand what he was saying and he was typing with 1 finger! He was not familiar with many of the basic tax exemptions and deductions that any competent accountant should know. Additionally, other staff in the office was rude and the whole atmosphere was unwelcoming and unnecessarily stressful. I will not be using these services again and I suggest that you don’t either."
