"I went here for the first time on Saturday, I had never been a client before. The employees welcomed me in with no hesitation. I went there with the issue I received a letter from the IRS saying they never received my 2018 IL-1040 and they projected I owed $428. The lady that helped me with this does not always work at this office but her name is Monica Gonzalez, she works at the office on 26th street. Monica offered to redo my whole federal tax return (I did not have a copy of mine) with all my W2s and forms I had saved in my phone. I have a very complicated tax return because I have rental income etc. She worked on this return with me for almost 4 hours!! She was very thorough and efficient was able to get the same exact amount I received back in 2019 for my refund. She then was able to create a IL-1040 based on the info in my tax return and she discovered I did not owe anything to the IRS!! I in fact was owed $101 from them. I am so grateful for Monicas' professionalism, patience, and attention to detail. She gave me copies of everything including my federal return, that I did not have before. She made sure she put everything together for me to mail to them pointing out where the IRS made their mistake in calculations. She has definitely gained my trust and a new yearly customer! I high recommend this office to any and everyone! :)"
