"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Our office signed a 1 year contract with them and have had nothing but problems from day one. The cleaning crew doesn't speak English, they come on the wrong day of the week that was designated. We are a CPA firm and have clients in our office every day of the week except Thursdays. The cleaning crew would show up on Wednesday late afternoon an hour before closing time to clean after I receive an email from their manager, Jesse Ibarra stating they would be here on Thursday. This continuously happens and they do not clean as specified on the contract. I have to always ask them to clean the blinds, dust the furniture etc. This is part of the contract. I emailed the regional manager Shayne Wade regarding the issues and told him I wanted to terminate the contract. He told me to follow the procedures in the contract which makes you jump thru hoops and basically won't let you out of it. I have nothing good to say about them. BEWARE!"
