"Our restoration and put back process started out great with Jeremy. When we got assigned our PM Scotty, things immediately took a nose dive. Customer service and communication were on a 1 on a scale of 1-10. I kept having to beg for updates and communication. We were given promises for deadlines and every single one was not met and an excuse was made every single time. The ongoing quote was "this is just construction." I work in the hospitality industry and I would never give an excuse of "this is just hospitality" as that would not be professional nor appropriate. We have been waiting for shower glass since 12/27 when it was allegedly ordered and were told yesterday the order was lost in transportation and they cannot find yet the week prior the excuse was it's stuck in transport due to ice. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and customer service we received. Jeremy A. was amazing and Phillip our new estimator has been very responsive and worked swiftly with our insurance company to get supplements approved and taken care of. There's so many things that went wrong during this process from, damaged walls, to damaged furniture, to my husband's $85K truck being covered in wet flooring dust. In which, the burden was on us to remedy. This is NOT the level of service we were promised or expected by a "reputable" company as BMS."
