"The initial meeting was excellent with check lists and lots of promises. The initial cleaning came with no supplies and the poor staff had no instructions. It was chaotic to say the least. After a very unsupportive conversation with management the staff returned and completed the work using all my supplies. They were gracious and the were scheduled for 3 weeks later. Uninformed we’re we that due to our conversation they had cancelled us with no notification. Very unprofessional and disorganized. Very disappointing."
