"Used them for about 6 months. They started off great but over time started slacking and would not complete the work. When I would ask them about the unfinished work, they would pretend they were not able to understand me even though we have had conversations before about what needs to be done. They started showing up 2-3 hours late or double booking me and then cancelling last minute. Last week they cancelled on me last minute and then said they would make it up to me this week and their owner said she would come herself. When I texted them to confirm this week, they wanted me to pay $50 more a month before they would come. Do not waste your money with them."

"Scheduled with Maria several days in advance. Was very clear about needing a W9 and invoice when work was completed for payment from our vendor system. The day of cleaning schedule (which she confirmed the night before), she texted at 7:30am that she needed to be paid via Venmo before the work was completed. Stating she had worked before for other companies and not received payment. Not our fault obviously since we have never used her. We are a large company that was hoping to employ her regularly which would have been a great opportunity. Very unprofessional. Obviously not reliable. Be careful booking because you may get stuck the day you needed services with no one."

"Maria is excellent. We started with a deep cleaning of our house which was on point and have continued with regular cleaning. There's no complaints at all. Her work is great, she's on time and very reasonable, honest and professional as to cost/work."
