"Picked out two 3 1/2 ft. shrubs. Only two 20 something girls working. I needed help bringing them to the counter. I didn’t get any. No cart either. She just stood there & said, “You have to bring them up here for price check.” I asked the other girl. She just put her hands over her face like a child in trouble. I would have had to make the trip to the counter twice in this Texas heat. I had been there for a while, so I was sweating profusely. I’m 71 & plants were just too heavy without help. I was so sad to not make my purchase."

"My bro in law told me to buy the black Velvet much because it was the best and it was chopped up better than the cheaper mulches. Well I paid $ 7.99 a bag and when I opened all the bags they had large pieces of wood in them. These aren't the best bag mulches. I believe Scott's is better will not buy Black Velvet again. Nice selection of flowers and shrubs."

"Right now 12.28.20 they have a very limited selection. It could be winter or covid... Infact we where the only customer on the entire property. With this said. It seems that there customer service would be great. No, the 2 ladies. Working the pm shift at the registers did not even acknowledge our presents. They stood there like they where fixtures attached to the concrete. I understand the selection issues but at the least say hi to your customers."
