"I have forgotten to write a review for Paul's derailled business but i feel it is a must. It is so because after getting my Bianchi C2C entry level (feels higher than that in quality and feel) totally fit to me recently, the bike fits ME now. He scheduled the appointment to have me come over suited up and with the bicycle, set it up and then do the fittings with his counterpart that do the bike fittings. The bike now rides amazing, fits me better, i don't feel tired (except when i do bonk, hehe) and i can go on for miles either pace and w/o feeling i am riding a store bought bicycle. Soon i will schedule my bicycle to get a whole drivetrain upgrade so i can get my bicycle to the next level, century rides, etc. If you are in the west/south area or any area near Bolingbrook, give Paul a call and chat about your bicycle need. "May-2023: I recently took my older Schwinn mountain bike to Paul at Derailled. The lower bracket (pedals and ball bearings area) had failed. Peter, did an EXCELLENT job of repairing and replacing several items. He was fast, courteous, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. HIGHLY recommend. Aug-2023 update: Needed new tires and an overall tuneup. Paul repaired my bike, replaced a broken spoke, straightened both wheel rims true, adjusted and lubed everything perfectly. The bike rides and feels like a new machine. It's truly night and day. HIGHLY recommend."
