"My mother experienced horrible customer service here on June 28, 2003. She purchased several bottles of the Awesome brand of ammonia several days ago. She opened one of the bottles and it was not ammonia. There was no ammonia smell to it. So she attempted to return the other bottles. The manager was very unprofessional and rude and would not refund her money for the unopened bottles. She was referred to a number to call in connections with this. Still no results. My 83 year old mother eventually left the bottles on the counter and left with no assistance. This is unacceptable."

"This dollar tree needs to hire more help or something. There’s ALWAYS boxes in almost all of the isles and it isn’t neat. Very displeasing to the eye. They’re only getting three starts because of the staff. They’re helpful and pleasant."

"First time shopping this location. Stock very low, many empty shelves. Luckily they did have gift wrapping paper and bows. But I must say they had a decent selection of greeting cards. Doubt I will go back to this location anytime soon. The cashier was also pleasant, so that's a plus."

"I frequent this store quite often, the staff is very friendly and always helpful. I was very proud of a young lady named Joi, a customer was very rude a while back about a plastic bag and she remained calm, working in customer service can be very hard, people shouldn't come in the store and take their problems out on the workers which I see happens often. People should treat people as they want to be treated."
