"I did my daughter a favor and picked up formula and baby food for my grandson. I first called to make sure they had the formula, phone call was so so. But from the time I pulled up customer service was impeccable. Getting out of my car the security Lady greeted me asked if I was needed assistance. Upon walking in I was greeted by the two people up front. It was my first time ever coming so I didn’t know the process. Everyone I encountered was very helpful and polite. If I am ever given the task of picking up formula I’ll make the trip to this store. I applaud good customer service and that’s exactly what I received."
