"I’ve been shopping here for years, and they have some really cute clothes don’t get me wrong, but my last visit here rubbed me the wrong way. First you can’t try on the clothes anymore when at first you could, reason why is COVID-19! But this doesn’t even make sense, so everyone can come in the store and shop together without masks now but we can’t try on the clothes, please make it make sense, like this isn’t even logical! So because I couldn’t try on anything I just ended up getting 1 pair of pants, so as I’m checking out at the register, I say “hello how are you” loud and clear, to the Asian lady who is the owner, while she’s ringing me out and she blatantly ignores me like I wasn’t talking to her! But it was just us standing there so I know she knew I was talking to her. Never acknowledged me, she handed me my card and receipt and didn’t even say thank you, come again NOTHING! I guess the 2 black people she has working there are the only people you are supposed to communicate with! I just want to say that I’ve spent a lot of money in this store over the years and for the owner of a store to act like the people that’s patronizing your store are beneath you is something I can’t and won’t accept! I will never spend another dime in this store, sorry not sorry!"
"The clothes are cute but cheaply made ! You can’t try on your clothes and they do not take refunds and some items you can not exchange .I went to exchange a couple of items and they refused ! I will never go back after the experience I had and would advise no one else go here ."

"If I could give them a 0 I would. They are overpriced and don’t do refunds only exchange and don’t exchange they don’t get a lot of business so when you try to exchangs something that didn’t work out for you they come up with an excuse not to do it this is a terrible business and I do not recommend!"
