"Would give it zero stars if I could. The old lady working the register has the nastiest attitude. There were a lot of elderly people paying and it was so sad seeing her mistreat them. Then when it was my turn to pay she threw my stuff. I told her she didn’t have to dump my stuff and she responded saying “well whatever” and stopped scanning. When I called the manager, she asked me to leave. Overall, the customers receive zero respect from both management and cashiers. They had signs saying they were hiring. Hopefully it’s to get rid of these awful employees."

"They always run out of holiday stuff and other stores have better stuff. The lines are always so long, the cashier nevertheless calls for help on long lines. 1/3/2024 I lost my receipt and need to return or exchange glasses I bought for my mother, told cashier I lost my receipt she was rude and unfriendly stated says no refund on receipt. I never read everything on receipts but she was rude and adamant, ask to speak to manager she was just as rude and unprofessional. Dollar tree hires young Spanish people with no education and do not have customer friendly greetings or customer service. How can I get an exchange for the glasses?"

"I shop here regularly because it's close to home. And yes they run out of freezer food almost daily hopefully because their 5 dollar items are astral. But the staff here are superb. Hannah or Anna I'm not sure of her name she was so patient and kind and professional and double bagged my items when asked and was just very pleasant with a long line of customers. All the staff members are extremely kind and pleasant even when they get rude and inpatient or elderly customers who spend 10 mins at a register double-checking prices of items and holding up the line for a long time.I want to thank everyone there at dollar tree on Milwaukee ave and foster and northwest hwy in Jefferson park. must be from the neighborhood and"

"I actually was thinking to myself as I was walking up and down the aisles of this store how clean and organized it was. I saw a gentleman stocking nail polishes and stopped to tell him how nice it was to shop there. I think it made him happy that somebody noticed. They have a great selection of products and you know the price is right. Also the young lady at the checkout was extremely pleasant. I will definitely go back here. Keep up the great job"
