"So this is my first time doing WIC in years so I came in here running an errand for my daughter didn't know what I was doing. So I googled it to see where's the nearest location and this location came up. And all over it I seen this Ms Ross. So as I walk into the door I mentioned to the supervisor that I would need help. So as I walked in I seen two ladies and I was hoping one of them was Ms Ross. And guess what y'all Ms Ross was in the building. She basically walked me through the whole store telling me how WIC work. And even gave me a recommendation. She was so nice y'all she helped me and made me feel at ease thank you Ms Ross"
