"If I can put 0 stars I would. It was an emergency stop for feminine hygiene and they locked the doors @9:50pm on 12/26/2023. I get it when it’s time to go it’s time. but when the hours online SAYS OPEN TIL 10pm and also on the door, then expect to work and remain doors open. Then when you waste gas too in these hard times makes it even worse. Some blonde hair lady just looked and ignored, so rude. If you don’t wanna work til store hours then ask to schedule who will work til 10 on the dot. Unbelievable!!"

"Nice store with plenty to shop from. Items were presented nicely and organized. They don't have the one item I was looking for, extension cord! Staff was not too enthusiastic to help with locating the item, he said "we don't have it, but you can look for it in aisle ##" well, the store staff should know the merchandise the store carries, if customers have to look, we don't need store clerk. If customers do not believe store clerk, then they can look without asking first. Be positive to tell with certainty, the item is not available and added by saying if customers wish, that type should be in aisle xx. That sounds much better!"

"I had a very bad and rude experience with one of this location store manager I ask him nicely and it is said in the receipt They are able to exchange items, and still I did ask him if I could exchange some items unopened, first he make it big deal and then he said ok, I went to my car and bring the items and then he started yelling at me and no no we can't and I said but you told me it is ok, and in the receipt said ok! and when I told him that he doesn't know how to treat his customers with respect he said get out from my store ! The point is these people they need someone to teach them how to do good customer service."

"I went around 6:30 pm and didn’t get out till past 7 pm. Took my time and looked around and got a whole hand basket full of stuff for $35! This is the nicest and most organized dollar tree I have been too, and it was peaceful, too. The cashier was very nice. I’m not sure about the other review that mentioned the newspaper, maybe it depends on employees, but the cashier wrapped my glass items (3) in newspaper for free. Even checked my receipt. And she asked beforehand as well. Will definitely be back."
