"Menards will charge you a 25% restocking fee for items. My advice is to go to Lowe’s or Home Depot or even Amazon if you think you’ll need to return items. Management also will not waive this fee."

"The staff is absolutely wonderful. They answered all my questions and directed me to the ice melt section without any issues. They also allowed me to leave the cash register and come back to get an additional box of ice melt and were patient and waited (this was around 7am so barely any customers were in the store). The staff was smiling and had a great energy for being super early in the morning. This was also the final store where I could find pet-safe ice melt, I went to 4 prior and found nothing. Menards is the best!"
