"Worst pharmacy around. I knew this a long time ago but CVS is out of stock for the antibiotic my kid needs. I thought maybe things got better, but I think they are actually worse than the last time I was there (years ago)."

"This place is a complete dumpster fire. My husband and brother were scheduled at 10:30 to get their Covid vaccines as I am 9 months pregnant and my OB recommended they do. The pharmacist, Emmauel Orrilo, told them they had to wait until 11:15 as that’s when their appointment was. My husband showed them the confirmation, and the pharmacist said he didn’t care, they were busy. I called, and he was extremely rude and yelled that they had a line of people that were before them. I literally had a confirmation in front of me and he did not care. He said they were on his schedule for 11:15. What’s the point of an appointment if you don’t know how to manage your time? This sounds like a personal problem for Emmanuel. An assistant ended up giving them their shots, which is a little concerning, but I actually probably trust her more than Emmanuel, who is an incompetent jerk. Someone should check to see if he's even a real pharmacist. Will never return here again for ANY pharmacy or vaccine services."

"Worst Pharmacy I have ever visited. They close at random times like 4pm when they post they close at 5pm on weekends. They don't give measuring cups or applicators with the medicine. It took me days to get my medicine from here. Greenwood Rd location in Niles is better or CVS & Jewel Osco are way better. Also the attitudes of the pharmacy staff is horrible, especially the white male pharmacist. He could give a F."

"I had an experience with the store manager, unfortunately I didn’t catch his name, but he and the check out girl went above and beyond to help me. I had a problem and they solved it and I walked out happy, no other Walgreens has ever gone a fraction out of their way to help me. The manager was a male, maybe 30s/40s long hair in a ponytail and had a beard, I wish I had gotten his name because he is an amazing manager. And by amazing I mean he does his job and is a reasonable guy. Walgreens is super lucky to have him as their store manager. This is Walgreens at Glenview rd and greenwood in Glenview, IL."
