"Unbelievable how uneducated on their job. I purchased something I was asked for my email and phone number they never provided me with my original receipt today upon returning they would not help me even though I had my purchase history, copy of my receipt and everything in my phone they said NO. To everyone just go to original Sephora store this store is just not ok. P.S to the manager Raul i went to a different kohl’s location and was able to return everything with NO problems. Please educate yourself, and your workers on return policies."

I hadn’t been to kohls in years due to poor service and poor behavior by the register staff but I’m so glad I gave the Glenview, IL location another chance. "Invasion of Privacy, stay away from Kohls! I’ve had a Kohls card for over a 15 years. On check out, they said they had to scan my drivers license and they hit the accept button on the keypad for me. I let them scan it, but then they Required me to enter my Social Security number. What? When I refused, they refuse to give me any discount, and more so the clerk kept pressuring me to enter my personal information, saying that Kohls already had it, so just enter it. Wow, in this day age of personal info theft, this is unacceptable. I’ll never shop Kohls again."
"Lynn, one of the associates, was extraordinarily helpful when I was checking out. She explained my Kohl's cash, rewards, coupons and how various purchases would impact my discounts. She also let me know that I could get a free sunglasses case with purchase, which I had missed. She demystified the return process and was also so polite and pleasant. Even my daughter commented on the way out of the store. I wish all service personnel were as helpful as Lynn was. Thank you!"
"Store was clean. Staff was helpful. Online pickup was a life saver. The On-line pickup sign at the front of the store was misleading. I did end up waiting in line to be directed to the back of the store for a different online pickup area."
